Preparing for Your Visit
To make the most of your appointment and ensure we can provide you with the best possible care, please take a few moments to prepare before your visit.
Need to Reschedule?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another patient in need of care.
Because our specialist schedule is often fully booked, appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $75 fee.

What to Bring
- Your valid Ontario health card
- A list of your current medications
- Your glasses or contact lenses if you wear them
- A list of questions or concerns you'd like to discuss with your doctor
- Sunglasses in case your eyes are dilated during the exam
What to Expect
During your appointment, our team will conduct a thorough evaluation of your eye health. You should plan to be at the clinic for 1-2 hours. Depending on your condition, your appointment may include:
- Visual acuity testing
- Eye pressure measurement
- Pupil dilation for a detailed examination of the back of your eye
- Specialized imaging or diagnostic tests
- Discussion of your diagnosis and treatment options
Important: Dilated Eyes
If your eyes will be dilated during your appointment, your vision may be blurry and you may be sensitive to light for several hours afterward. Please arrange for someone to drive you home or plan to use alternative transportation. Bring sunglasses to help with light sensitivity.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you do arrive early for your appointment, please check-in at the front desk and then we kindly ask that you wait in the seating area in the lobby just outside our clinic.

Parking: There is a parking fee of $4.50. Please allow extra time for parking when planning your arrival.
