Important: Medical Concerns
If you have a medical concern about your eyes or vision, please do not wait. Contact your optometrist for urgent issues. For true emergencies, go to your local emergency room immediately.
Billing & Insurance
We bill OHIP directly for covered services. For services not covered by OHIP, you will be billed at the clinic and provided with detailed receipts that you can submit to your private insurance company for reimbursement.

Medical Records
If you need copies of your medical records, please contact our clinic to request the appropriate forms. Requests must be made in writing. Administrative fees apply for copying and preparing medical records, as permitted by law.
